Summary
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Cloud and Infrastructure team; specifically focusing on the permanent market.

Responsibilities
Develop a network of IT professionals within the industry
Mapping out the market, identifying and pursuing opportunities
Negotiate terms of business and demonstrate strong commercial acumen
Qualify and prioritise live requirements and drive engagement with customers to deliver value
Liaising with candidates on a regular basis to determine their availability to ensure a consistent flow of candidates to maximize sales.
Fully qualifying candidates work history, expectations, notice periods etc.
Arranging interviews with candidates, fully briefing them of the role.
Building client relationships and managing stakeholders.
Updating and maintaining the recruitment database, searching the database for suitable candidates
Working to time sensitive targets
